COVID-19 Policy Acknowledgment
By clicking “Register”, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, a variant, or any other illness exists in any public place where people are present. By attending any event hosted by Glazier Clinics, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, a variant, or any other illness, and agree not to hold Glazier Clinics or any of its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, attendees, partners, exhibitors, contractors, or volunteers liable for any such illness contracted during attendance at a clinic. For any health and wellness related questions, refer to the latest guidance by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding attending events.

Exhibitor Terms and Conditions

Any exhibitor, representatives or guest of the exhibitor, who is present at a Glazier Clinics event (“Clinic”) agrees to the terms and conditions set forth below (the “Terms and Conditions”). These Terms and Conditions apply to each person/company (the “Exhibitor”). Glazier Clinics reserves the right to render, in its sole and absolute discretion, all interpretations and decisions in connection with the Terms and Conditions and to establish further regulations binding upon the Exhibitor as may be deemed necessary for the general success and well-being of the Clinic and/or any person(s) affiliated therewith. Glazier Clinics’ decisions and interpretations shall be final in all cases.

Registration and Payment. Exhibit space will be allocated ONLY UPON RECEIPT OF COMPLETED REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT. Glazier Clinics reserves the right to decline a contract, refuse clinic admittance and/or remove any Exhibitor from a clinic at its sole discretion. In the event of such action, Glazier Clinics is not liable for any refund, fees or other exhibit-related expense. No Exhibitor shall sublet, assign, or share any part of the space allocated without written consent of Glazier Clinics. In the event an Exhibitor has an unpaid balance from previously exhibiting at any clinic, Glazier Clinics reserves the right to collect the full amount owed (unpaid balance plus payment for the current clinic) prior to Exhibitor attending any clinic.

Exhibit Booth Space. Solicitations, demonstrations, distributions of promotional material, signage, merchandise and all other material MUST BE CONFINED WITHIN THE BOUNDS OF THE RESPECTIVE EXHIBITOR SPACE ALLOCATED. Exhibit booth space is typically six to eight feet wide, by six to eight feet deep, per booth. All Exhibitors are responsible for the security of their property at all times. Neither Glazier Clinics, nor the hotel, assumes any responsibility for lost or damaged merchandise or property. All property of the Exhibitor shall be deemed to be under his/her custody and control in transit to, from and/or within the confines of the exhibit hall and hotel. Glazier Clinics reserves the right to assign or change the location of booth space and exhibit times.

Insurance. At Exhibitor’s sole cost, Exhibitor shall purchase and maintain, in commercially reasonable amounts, insurance for protection from claims under worker's compensation and other employment benefit Acts, claims for damages due to bodily injury including death, and from claims for damages which may arise out of, or result from Exhibitor’s operation under this agreement, whether such operations be by the Exhibitor or by anyone directly or indirectly engaged by Exhibitor, including products liability.

Solicitation. No firm or organization, not assigned space will be permitted to solicit business at the Clinic.

Indemnity. Neither Glazier Clinics, nor the hotel, will be responsible for any injury loss or damage that may be caused by or occur to the Exhibitor or to the Exhibitor’s employees, agents or property from any cause prior to, during or subsequent to the period covered by the exhibit contract. The Exhibitor expressly releases Glazier Clinics, the hotel and their respective agents and employees, and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless them and each of them from all liability (damage or accident) which might ensue from any cause resulting from or connected with the transportation, placing, removal, custody or display of exhibits.

Rules, Regulations, & Exhibitor Conduct. Exhibitor agrees to abide by all fire, safety, and health regulations of the local, city, state, hotel(s), and convention center(s) where the Clinic is held. Exhibitor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local ordinances, as well as Glazier Clinics’ policies and procedures as set forth below. Exhibitors who violate such rules and/or who behave in an unsafe or careless manner while attending the Clinic may be asked to leave immediately and will be held responsible for their actions, whether criminal, legal or financial. The Exhibitor also acknowledges that such violations may result in the Exhibitor being removed from the Clinic and barred from returning without a refund of the Exhibitor’s registration fee. The Exhibitor likewise acknowledges and agrees that all attendees of the Clinic have the right to enjoy the Clinic equally. Illegal or disruptive behavior that interferes with the reasonable conduct of business at the Clinic, or any other attendee’s safety or comfort, including behavior that impedes or prevents accessibility services or requests, behavior that discriminates based on age, disability, race, ethnicity, gender, religion, political or institutional affiliation, or sexual orientation, and harassment of any kind, is strictly prohibited and may result in the Exhibitor being removed from the Clinic and barred from returning without a refund of the Exhibitor’s registration fee. Such violations may be reported to the appropriate authorities. If you witness a crime or have an emergency that requires the police, please call 911.

Alcohol & Drugs. Glazier Clinics supports all laws of the state and municipality where the Clinic is held in all matters concerning alcohol and other controlled substances. Alcoholic beverages may not be sold or consumed in the Clinic area (such as a meeting room) without prior approval from Glazier Clinics staff. Individuals who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or who’s behavior is disruptive or threatening to other attendees, will be asked to leave the Clinic (Also see Rules, Regulations, & Exhibitor Conduct.)

Smoking. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted in the hotel or convention center where the Clinic is being held, the exhibit space, or the sleeping rooms unless specifically permitted in designated smoking areas or sleeping rooms.

Attendance Guarantee. Attendance and exhibiting at the Clinic is subject to acts of God, accidents, riots, wars, terrorist acts, epidemics, pandemics, local disease outbreaks, public health emergencies, quarantines, civil commotions, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of the web host, breakdown of the internet service provider, natural catastrophes, government acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, general lack of availability of raw materials or energy, disasters, or other emergencies, curtailment of transportation, imperiling weather or any other such emergencies severely restricting or preventing Glazier Clinics from holding the Clinic, or attendees from attending the Clinic. The Clinic may be cancelled without liability on the part of Glazier Clinics, for any one or more of such reasons and Exhibitors will be notified by a message from Glazier Clinics on its appropriate web page or using any other method Glazier Clinics determines to be most effective and practicable in the situation. In the event Glazier Clinics attendance is below the guarantee, the refund amount will be equal to the percentage difference between the actual attendance and the guaranteed attendance. Any refunds due will be delivered within 12 months from the clinic date.

Special Conditions and Prohibitions. No more than three (3) company representatives per booth purchased are permitted to be in the allotted exhibit space at a time. Any additional representatives will be required to leave the Clinic area unless an additional booth is purchased at retail price. Equipment, signage, merchandise and materials that do not fit inside the booth space allotted by Glazier will be removed unless sufficient booth space is purchased. Equipment must not impede traffic flow for attendees.

Attendance Restriction. Children and "prospective student-athletes" as defined by the NCAA, are not allowed to be in attendance at Glazier Clinics, including but not limited to meeting rooms, exhibit areas, or any other areas where Glazier Clinics events are being conducted.

Exhibitor Registration. Glazier Clinics reserves the right to cancel or deny Exhibitor registrations at Glazier Clinics’ discretion.

Registration, Hotel, & Travel Accommodations. Registration includes the contracted booth space only. Meals, lodging, and travel are not included. Hotel accommodations are subject to availability and will be allocated by the hotel on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation Policy. Any booth cancellation refunds will be less a 15% administrative fee if the request is received by January 1. After January 1, no refunds will be given. The Exhibitor is responsible for any attorney fees and litigation costs incurred by Glazier Clinics to collect booth fees. In the event of litigation, claims must be filed in El Paso county, Colorado and Colorado law will apply. The prevailing party shall recover attorneys’ fees and all litigation costs from the losing party.

Enforcement. Enforcement of the rules set forth in these Terms and Conditions is solely at Glazier Clinics' discretion, and failure to enforce such rules in some instances does not constitute a waiver of Glazier Clinics' right to enforce such rules in other instances.

Salvatory Clause. If there is a determination that any part of the Terms and Conditions is unenforceable, ineffective or impracticable, the validity of the Terms and Conditions remaining is not impaired.

Digital & Other Recordings. Professional photographs, audio, and video may be captured by Glazier Clinics before and during the Clinic. Presenters, Exhibitors and Clinic Attendees grant Glazier Clinics, its agents and representatives, permission to photograph and/or record them before and during Clinic events and to use such recordings in support of Glazier Clinics’ mission. Uses of records may include, but are not limited to, e-broadcasting on Glazier Clinics’ YouTube Channel, educational initiatives, promotional marketing, post-clinic reporting, and Glazier Clinics’ podcast series.
